Service Times &
Express Options
- Items handed in before 10:00 are returned the same day before 19:00 at no extra charge.
- Items handed in after 10:00 are returned the following day before 19:00.
- Items handed in between 10:00–15:00 are returned the same day before 19:00 with a 50% surcharge.
- Items handed in between 08:00–15:00 for urgent processing will incur a 100% surcharge.

Importance: The company cannot be held responsible for shrinkage, color fading, loss of buttons, ornaments, or any items left in or on the garments. Our liability for any loss or damage will not exceed ten times the laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing charge in question. In the absence of a completed laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing list, the company’s count in the guest’s absence will be accepted as correct.
